Avoid ‘conditional selling’

They like the fact that we offer “Whole of Market”, unbiased mortgage advice unlike many estate corporate agency based advisors.
These bigger agencies will often have a panel of lenders and only offer insurance products from one company, which is not always best for you.
Many of these “corporates” will also push clients into speaking with their advisor and even refusing to put forward offers etc, unless they do.
Our agents are not like that! They will offer an initial chat, which doesn’t cost anything, and we will then try and put you in the strongest position to be successful with your offer.
